    - Website has 31 backlinks according to Yahoo
    - Expect no visitors and no income (see Google Analytics for precise details)
    - Since the website has been live for over 2 years, it should be able to rank nicely when promoted correctly
    - Reason for selling: am too busy with my other websites that I have more feeling for

    No, that means that you can end the auction right now if you are willing to pay $20 in total.

    So you can either bid between $12 and $19 and then you have to wait and see if nobody outbids you, OR you can Buy It Now for $20, which effectively ends the auction with you as winner.
