    How do people play music to the caller instead of a ringing sound.
    Or like play music to people who screen their calls.

    If you don't know how can you tell me the name of what it is.

    its called an caller tune u can get it from your phone company for some $$ money per mnth

    Verizon has a service called "Ringback Tones", that's the most popular for cellular devices. I don't know if that's what your looking for though.

    For att its $2.99 per year its called a Answer Tone. Call back tone for sprint. You have to go online with your phone to get em.
