Playing in the sandbox now

Well, I guess it hit us! Bump!
The number of pages indexed by Google getting less by every new day since begin of this year (as per webmastertools), SERP's are going down or for certain keywords even into the Nirvana and traffic coming from Google is getting less and close to 0 - so what does that mean? I guess we can play in the sandbox for a while unless this all has to do with Caffeine. Wanna join? :D
And we still were happy to get a PR2 with Google's last ranking update.
Now we are curious how long it will take to get out of it again and if we can create more traffic from referring sites.
Any advices are more than welcome.

It takes as long as it wants, which is normally three to six months if you do not build links or add content to your site.
