Now how does the site look in terms of appraisal?

Domain is 4 weeks old and I've been working very very hard getting traffic, backlinks, etc and it finally paid off last night with the PR updates

What could I get out of this PR 5 4 week old proxy site?

if you have $0 revenue then site is worth around 200$ ... not sure though

 

It's making an average $0.80-$1 day from adsense, and pennies/day from adbrite and ypn

 

well...i cant view your site but with revenue it must be worth around $350+

btw you should develop it some more

Yeah you might as well develop it....probably worth $350 but you will not get it I think you can expect some where in the $200-250 for it.

What I mean by development is hang on to that and keep promoting

 

Increase the earnings to around $15 a day and you'll be able to easily bank $1k+ if you sell it

I'd like to sell some footer links and once I get some cash rounded up get a nice new custom layout

PR4 links are being sold for 15$ a month,, you can fetch around 20$

 

Well I must say that is kind of a bad plan a nice new custom lay out is some what of a waste of money and as or footer links don't sell them google will penalize you....
