Due Bluehost's sucking support I am planning to move one of my big traffic site in to Hostgator. Can you advice me on below

    1. How long the host move will take? I mean within a hour hostgator will start to host my site?
    2. Wordpress file and db move ll be enough?

    Kindly advice

Depends on how big your site is, and how quick (or slow) the server connection speeds are. You also have to give time for the DNS to propagate (they say 24-72 hours, but it very rarely takes that long for most people), after you change the nameservers, IP, etc. associated with your domain.

What WSWD said - you should be able to find plenty of guides on how to accomplish all of that. HG's support isn't amazing either, but they should be able to help you along the way with any minor difficulties if you can't do it on your own.

To add to what WSWD said, make sure to keep your old BlueHost version up/live until you are positive everything is all set on your new account and worldwide DNS propagation has occurred, 3 or 4 days.

What support problems are you having with Bluehost? They take too long to respond? I thought they have live chat?
