Planning to host a forum, need some advices

  1. #1
    place of host will be singapore, and will use php. thinking of using drupal or phpbb.

    searching for host. My last host provider is terrible, speed is slow like in the 90s, wait for minutes for the page to come out.

    also anyone suggest a good cms for forum?

    I think the best is Invision Power board (IPB) , then Vbulliten (better for larger forums), then phpbb3 .
