Planning to add database to my wordpress site

    Hi Friends,

    I am planning to add recipe database to my wordpress site which is 6 months old with very few post.
    The database contains nearly 10K recipe. If I add all at once to my site will the Google ban my site?

    How to add those so that google dose not penalize my site?

    well , if your previous site links are well indexed in google search then search engine might consider your content as duplicate . So you first block search engine for using robots.txt from your webmaster tools and then submit your url for webmaster url removal tool .

    after few days you can submit your new url . but there is risk .

    Good advice above, personally I would suggest not doing so, you may set 301 redirection from old site.
