I made another post just now hoping to get some clarity in the marketing world. Now I want to post my plan of action (probably a stupid idea) but I want feedback if it sounds like it will not work etc... My new IT Firm has a team of guys working on various web projects. We need to keep the 'pipeline' filled with new design/programming jobs. So I thought to hire people throughout CL and pay them commission to bring us clients. Additionally, would pay for traffic (stupid for what I need?) Freelancing websites... a dime a dozen it seems! Is it worth it to try to make bids on them or is it not a good ROI. ? Basically I myself DO NOT want to become a marketing GURU, but want to follow a solid plan working with one that benefits us both (is this a dream?)
