Plagiarism question...

If a website/blog review accuses you of plagiarism AND you have proof that you are posting you own work but they are accusing you of copying:

“the entire blog is nothing more than a bunch of links that he probably just cut and pasted from some other sites while he was surfing the net.”

“In fact I searched through every page and didn’t find even one post that had even a single line that didn’t appear to have been cut and pasted.”

“posting five or six links that you copied from someone else is in no way creative.”

Did this person just accuse me of plagiarism? or am I missing something here?

I have source material (sent bi-monthly) and paypal sales/customers (dating back to 2004) so I can prove that I wrote this material. The blog in question is a listing of wholesale and dropship sources that I am posting from MY eBook.

Can I take action against this person? Even if the person that wrote the review turns out to be a 12 year old… can I go after the site that “hired” this person to post his/her review?

    Thanks,
    Wraith.

Someone who just writes bad reviews just for fun.

I would not worry about a review like that.
