Placing Pictures Within Content with Ads

    Has anyone experienced the dilema of placing pictures within content and in a sense being confused how to do it or where to place them effectively not to intefer with ads, and also to make it as visible, but not that it really stands out more than the text, etc.

    Has anyone worked around this? Thank you, help very appreciated from our community.
