Placing Other Network Ads Decreace Adsense Earning ?

    I Just wanna know if placing other network Ads affects your Adsense Earning. I placed Xtendmedia and Adbrite Ads along with Adsense on my Celebrities Blog and today I just Earned $6 for 456 clicks. Is it usual ?

    It may lower adsense earnings because your clickthrough rate will be lower.

    Isn't that kind of obvious?

    If your users click on XYZ ad, they aren't going to be on your page to click on your AdSense ad.

    Generally the most you can hope for from one page view is one click. So you'd be wise to figure out how to make that the most valuable click you can. Watering down your ads with more and more ads is usually not the answer. Instead, think about carefully selecting the best ads and placing them in the optimal position on your page.
