Placing images above adsense

    Placing images above adsense isn't against the TOS?

    Thanks for you advice.

    I asked google and they said to me the same thing about border betwen the ads and the images.

    What do you think of this placemente (is in the bottom of the page):

    www.portaldasviagens.com

    Does this violate TOS?
    Do you think that the separator that I use is suficiente?

    I've seen this placemente (www.adsenseguide.info/adsense-adtypes.php). Is this ok?
