Placing an Adsense box next to your Quick Reply boxes in a vB forum?

    I thought this might be an interesting idea, since there is wasted space to the left and right of the Quick Reply boxes in SHOWTHREAD.

    Also, the 300x250 & 250x250 boxes might perform better than the 728 x 90 leaderboard that some forums (mine included) have placed over the Quick Reply box.

    Any ideas how to do this?

    Well you'r gonna have to make a table with 3 cells and 1 row... put all the code for the quick reply in the middle.... =)

    Right...I just remembered that the quick reply box is not a template.
    What are your guys thoughts on this idea? Worth a shot?

    its not a template? im pretty sure it should be something along the lines of 'showthread' and it should have something like $quickreply in it... so just make a table on the showthread template.... easy as that...

    about if its worth it? I dont know.... might affect you if someone is about to reply and instead they click on the ad and surf away.... or perhaps they wont ever click because they are too busy typing.
