Placing adsense on free templates?

    I am just playing around with the idea of putting my adsense ads on free web templates that I create for other website owners to use. Would this be allowed by google. I know its risky in that people could have sites not allowed by google, but the website owners would be free to remove the ads if they wish. What do you guys think, is this just a plain dumb idea? :eek:

    i think it's not against the tos but it's a big risk. if the person who use the theme makes somethink against the tos, you may loose your account. you will loose the control

    I would definately not want someone elses hands on my ads, wouldn't be able to sleep at night.

    The act of doing that is not against the rules, but I wouldn't risk it.
