Placing adsense inside a custom made html border, violate TOS?

    Is placing adsense inside a code like :
    example here : http://100fm6.com/vb/showthread.php?t=44315 [in footer] the 728 leader board

    I put adsense code inside a border that I mage
    does this violate TOS?

    Please help

    Can't see any reason why this would be against TOC's unless anyone else has a view? It's not like you've messed with the code
