Placing Adsense Ads Under a Different Heading

I was wondering if I could display ads under a different heading that has links underneath it and then display the ad sense under that.

For example the page might look like this:

    Related links:
    Football
    Soccer
    Sailing

    Football Equipment
    ..Ad Description
    Soccer Equipment
    ..Ad Description
    ...............Ads by Google

If I can't do this, could I place the title sponsors above my adsense links to clearly define them? Thanks.

The example you've given would be against Google's ToS. As far as I know the only heading you can have are Advertisements, Advertisers and Sponsored Links. You would need to place the ads away from the navigation links so that your users don't confuse the ads with the site (eg. clicking an ad thinking it will link to a page within your site).
