hello DP members! i am wondering that should i place adsense ads on live tv channels site and mp3 codes site? i want to know if it is against the Google TOS. Please help me in this. cause i don't want to get banned. Waiting for your replies.
imo, they will banned yoursite not your adsense account. Google don't like mp3 or such channels site because of copyright. you should try to build another "niche" blog
but wwitv.com is still using adsense for many years and not yet banned and i saw many other mp3 codes sites aswell. but i will not upload mp3 songs to my server as i have no copyrights on them but i will give mp3 links from various server around the web. can i do that??
the prob with Google is precisely that! depends on who checks up on your site. one guy may determine it violates TOS another guy may just move on - even if they (mp3s) are hosted elsewhere. You are takin a chance.
if the TV channels are public channels and no broadcast right needed, then there is no problem. as long as there is no right of ownership or distribution issue. regarding MP3 code sites, just because people are usinf adsense on them doesn't make it legal. lot of people are being robbed everyday too, that doesn't make robbing legal. google cannot posibly visit each and every site for compliance but if caught, those sites violating copywrite will be banned
so this means if i dont have copyrights on mp3 content then i should not place adsense on it. got it. Thanks one last thing? if i do this! will google ban my site or my account?
Google penalizes all TV streaming sites sooner or later. Your account may not get disabled, but you will get repeated warnings, leading to ads being removed from that domain. I suggest you try some CPA offer over Adsense on such niches.
