placing ads on new site will get you sandboxxed?

Hello I was reading that if you have a new site and you place ads on it immediately the search engines will kind of consider this as spam and not rank your site..is this true

 

No it's a Myth. You are making Google money why would they do that.

Linking out from your site will not improve PR.

too fast link building may be a reason for sandbox but not ads

 

ok.....so i think I have a good plan for my new site.........first fix all the meta nad title tags for the site, then write many good key word rich articles, then after a week or two start buying strong page rank back links from similar sites. Is this a good plan for seo or should I be doing more
