Placing ADs on a youtube-clone website

    I am thinking to place adsense ADs on a youtube-clone website that has a link to download the videos, I know there are tons of websites like this all around the net with adsense on but I am still not sure whether this is okay with the adsense TOS?
    any idea ?

    i think it is very tough to do that...you should work hard very much.....try once...
