I have used sites such as traffic exchanges, safelist, directories for ebooks, and a few odd and end sites like mininova.org and free-ebooks.net Can anyone suggest any other sites to promote ebook on. If your willing to invest, google adsence will bring you a lot of targeted traffic. When I was younger, I used to click on the "free guide to earning 100 dollars per hour" most where ones you had to pay, but some weren't and I downloaded them so.
Make a post in the Freebies section and give away your ebook for free. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=105 I believe that'll bring you many downloads.
Give away your book at the top forums, this being one of the 'Big Three', PM me for the other two. PLUS, find other sites/blogs that cater to your niche that have an optin page, and offer it to them to give away to their list. If you're using this book to build a list, rebrand it for them with their affilate links, and keep your links to your optin page to the first 10 pages of the book. If you're building it for an upsell, put the book in one of the 'marketplaces' and give the list owners a commission on the upsell by rebranding it with their affiliate link to your product. -Marcus
