    Yes, I actually just signed up with stumpleupon the other day, they do send a lot of visitors. Defintely worth trying out.

    I don't think you can get a ban for big traffic but I have read here on DP once a guy got banned because he suddenly had big traffic but he sent email to google and explained where did he got that traffic from and they unbanned him.
