Has anyone been able to succesfully placement target a sub level url? In other words cars.com/honda.html
I've tried over a dozen now and not once have I got any impressions
(most of these sites were shown as being available in the placement
tool) . I've been able to pt primary urls fine, but never a sub level
    url.

you can bid at the sub url level, I do it all the time

It takes about 24 hours for your ad to show.

You need to ensure you are bidding high enough to show up on that site

Hmm, the top level urls I targeted did not take long at all to start getting impressions. In any case I'll let this sit for a couple days and hopefully Ill get some impressions.

the reason the top level url gets impressions is because bidding at the top level covers all lower level sub urls. Getting impressions on the top level just means your getting surplus clicks or getting listed on non competitive pages
