Placement review on new site design?

On my free div layouts site, i've just finished a re-design and wondered what you all think of my adsense placement?

There are 3 on each page, a banner (top right), a strip of text ads (above content), a small box of ads (right sidebar).

I think ad placement is good.

Anyway, you can put a ad unit at the top, below the header. Try 250*250 ad unit.

I think i'll give it a week or 2 as it is now, then test out different ad units/placements.

Good place, tho I think you can use another ad/s.

 

I think they are good right now. The google ads are convinceable.

 

Any idea where I would put one?

I was thinking i'd probably move the ad box on the right sidebar to be above the "featured" box next week, see if it does better like that.

 

Consider Top left or bottom right.
