    Change the background color to blend in to your site. Also, move the 468x40 ads to above the input box.

    I think it is ok; it's always room for better, but I think that if you have enough visitors it should be ok.

    Your background is hard to make Adsense with the same background.
    So find away to make those two with same background colors you will be good to go
