Placement of Ads - Okay with TOS?

Hey everyone,

I've been having some success with a certain ad placement, so much, in fact, that I am a little bit worried I may be doing something wrong or against Adsense TOS.

Here is a rough sketch of my ad placement. Note the black rectangle, this shows the area visible when the page initially loads.



I am getting very targeted traffic and have good quality original content on my site... but, basically I am getting a high CTR because the only thing people see when the page first loads is the adsense.

Should I be concerned about this placement? Against TOS?

This type of placement is okay with the TOS as long as there's some real content below the fold.

 

yeah , you can use that placement with adsense. most of the web sites are using it
