I wanted to ask a few things regarding the placement of ads on a blog. and can u guys tell me whether its against TOS or nto

for example

The text on teh blog is right aligned and the ads are left alighned
hope you understand what i mean

is that allowed?

 

yes you can use any position you want or how many you want.
