Placed Ad One Month Ago - But Still Not Live

    I placed an ad through the DP site but for advertising on another site. I paid money into the account and it still says Under Review in my Ads tab.

    Any ideas?

    I thought dp was running the advertising section and reviewing it coz my payment was made through the DP system.

    Is that not correct then?

    The site owner is who reviews ads (site owner of the site you submit ads for). We set up the transaction, but ultimately the payment is made directly to the publisher (the payment does not go through us).

    If the site owner isn't responding to you, I would just file a dispute in PayPal.

    Did anyone reverse the payment today from within DP?

    Coz now there are no funds in that account and that site owner says he funds were reversed by DP.

    Yet, I haven't received a refund.

    We couldn't reverse it (or do anything with it) even if we wanted to. PayPal reverses it/places it on hold as soon as you start a dispute.
