Neither one will post their business plan! Get real. Go to work for either company, or buy like a million shares, then you may get a peek.
www.sec.org The S-1 form filed for Initial public offering incorporates the business plan in large measure. Also go to uspto.gov to download a copy of their full patent portfolio to get a comprehensive view of where they are going, and what either company considers important.
Actually, I thanked you for this - but in fact it links to a sport site and the gov site doesn't work...
www.sec.gov Your not going to find a business plan for any business on the internet really... that's the secret recipe for companys. Like someone said before, the closest you are going to get to a business plan is reading SEC Fillings which every major company must post. Is there anything specific in their "business plan" that you are looking to find out?
Thanks. The only one I found of interest is: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-e...=&State=&SIC=&owner=include&action=getcompany
Have a look at this one: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1011006/0000912057-96-017646.txt June 30, 1996 December 31, 1995 --------------- ----------------- ASSETS (Unaudited) Current assets: Cash and cash equivalents $62,954,000 $5,297,000 Short-term investments 24,252,000 -- Accounts receivable, net 1,999,000 815,000 Prepaid expenses 910,000 -- -------------- ---------------- Total current assets 90,115,000 6,112,000
Actually, we would like to know the business plan when google is young, now it already become so big, and listed, really not that interesting anymore.
