Place to put affiliate links?

I'm pretty new to affiliate marketing and have a question:

I need a website that I can list affiliate links on, since I can't put links in forums or social network accounts. Anyone know a good place? Someone told me I can't use Blogger or Wordpress because they forbid the use of their sites for commercial purposes.

Also, is there a site that I don't need a SSN or Tax ID to be an affiliate? Someone that pays well and I can send to my paypal maybe? I plan on declaring it through my parents as a dependent since I'm only 17 and don't know the whole tax thing in the U.S. (I signed up for ClickBank but they said over 600 yearly I need either/or)

Help would be greatly appreciated =)

    Thanks,

No reputable company will allow you to be an affiliate without submitting your ssn/tax id # or doesn't require a W-9 or W-8BEN, which has your SSN/tax id # on there. Be careful for those that don't require this.

So, if I'm 17 would you say it'd be safe to put my SSN on clickbank and if I make more than $600, just file it as if I were a dependent or should i apply for my w-9?

You can't apply for a W-9. A W-9 is simply a form that you send into the affiliate networks, so that they are able to send you a 1099 at the end of the year, which will tell you how much you've earned from that network. What you do with your tax form (whether you file for dependence on your parents) is entirely up to you and your parents. If you're not making too much money in a given year, it makes sense to file as a dependent because your parents will receive certain tax cuts for that. If you make less than $600 for the year, clickbank, or any other network is not required to send you a 1099.
