Place Adsense within WP Blog Entry Text

    It's easy to display Google Adsense Ads at the beginning or end of your Wordpress Blog Entry. However I have seen some Blog entry which have Adsense in between the text i.e. say somewhere in the middle of the blog entry. How do I do that? Can we do that without using any plugin?

    could be a plugin, couldbe an adsense optimized theme, or could be adsense ads inserted while writing the post as well
