    No. This is fine but as long as it doesn't blend with your content as G has recently disallowed it in its recent TOS.

    i think what they mean by "floating box" is putting adsense in a box that floats down the page as a user scrolls. i saw this once on a regional newspaper site, and couldn't believe my eyes. not only did it stay with the user regardless of where the user scrolled, it really drew attention to the adblock.

    now, they are just making it very clear that this is against the TOS. your code is just a css float property.

    for the record, though, i looked at your site, and dont see any google ads anywhere.
