    Hey there,

    I am selling this website that I launched for around 2-3 years ago the reason is this I can't maintain the website due to demand of new content everyday.

    The site is well listed and Google ranks it for desi food and pakistani and indian food.

    are you using a custom theme ? also where do you get your recipes from ? do you usually just take them from other sites ? if so doesn't Google derank sites for doing that ?

    Its Wordpress theme with a legitimate licensed Elegant Theme, yes you could use this setup to make as many as sites you want.

    Just like mentioned its a premium theme called Nexus by EleganthThemes.com its licensed. The recipes business is simple you could copy entire recipe from anywhere with just little bit adjustments and a new starting and ending paragraph in your own words.

    It ranges from 3-4 months thats it.

    I am sure that you know that the problem was not really the time frame of the auction.

    I was interested in the site and so I asked you if there was a BIN so that I did not have to wait around for almost a week and you said that there was no BIN!

    That was the real problem and not the time frame of the auction.
