Maybe have some value if directed at medical verticals as its a pretty specific term and unless your a neoro surgeon might not know too much about it.. but hey if you got it for the reg fee only then I should rank well in SERPS for the term as Google likes URLS that incorporate the keyword..
Just FYI, there are many others apart from neuro surgeons that know about it. All kids going through high school/secondary school these days learn about it
Estibot says a lot of things and is not a professional appraisal. I would say low XXX at absolute best. The hyphen is murder.
The only downside of a hyphen is type in traffic It does not in any way affect SEO, and it make it easier to read.
Must not forget that a person is more likely to type www.domainstructure.com compared to www.domain-structure.com. Hyphens can be good when keyword related but other then that they are useless imo
