Could this potentially run it slander legal issues if big companies got slammed to much on the forums?

 

I run a site justrage.com that has a simular concept to this. Instead of pissed customers its just pissed people in general.

99 out of 100 cease and desist letters will never go past the point of legal action, however that 1 that goes though could cost you a bundle. There are plenty of people out there with enough money and a big enough ego that will take you to court regardless if they will lose the case for the chance to cost you money. But like I said out of the nearly 2000 articles that have been posted over 6 years no legal action has been take against me (and no articles have been pulled either).

These types of sites are a blast to run, You get to see real emotion and people at their best or worst.

How often to people post? And what type of vists are you getting to the site? I'm more interested in this site for the sole fact that their fun sites, but don't tend to make too much cash (currently justrage is banned from a few ad sites because its considered a "hate" site).

I would be careful with this one. The site is a ripoff from another site (www.pissedconsumer.com), which in turn is a ripoff from all other consumer sites. PissedConsumer steals content from other sites, and it now it looks as if they are in the business of reselling dups of their site and stolen content.

The content on this site that is for sale is stolen. I would be very wary of this deal. Just a warning!
