    WARNING!
Pino Stragapede and Antonino Ferrentino from Agenzia Web tried to scam several casino affiliate programs in the last weeks.
Sending fraudulent and incentive players from different VPN's is their technique.
Pino Stragapede also known as Antonio Giuseppe Stragapede is today the owner of Agenzia Web that somehow is related to this site http://pmedia.it/
Antonino Ferrentino related to this website http://www.ewebite.it/ seems to be has been since
2011 the Webmaster & SEO for eWEBite.it Agenzia Web
We strongly recommend to any casino affiliate program working with this affiliate, to check all the leads coming from his sources.
We usually don't warn affiliate programs regarding these kind of events but at in this case, since the fraudulent activities were massive, we find correct to let you all know.

I am not an expert in any of that, but it sounds like it's a typical cookie stuffing. I don't think they send "fraudulent and incentive" players. They send normal players/affiliates who, accidentally gave their affiliate cookies over to those individuals. This trick is as old as the earth itself.

There are helpful sources online that deal with the issue. Here's a sample, but you can find many more out there:

    http://www.hasoffers.com/blog/preventing-affiliate-fraud/

On top of reconsidering the ToU, implementing codes that will prevent cookies stuffing is another obvious solution to this issue. Here's one interesting approach in ASP.NET:

    http://www.invertedsoftware.com/tutorials/Avoid-Cookie-Stuffing-in-your-affiliate-program.html

But then again, maybe it's something totally different. You don't give any specifics as to how their activities are fraudulent.

Thanks for the input, much appreciated.
For more details I can tell that all the players account were connected by IP or credit cards.
The affiliate tried in some cases to hide his IP but was detected by the fraud department since some player were logging in from a different IP and logging out from another
