pink user can't acces page!

    Hello,
    I am just curious, i've seen a user with a sort of pink color(the username) and i can't acces his/her page
    What's wrong with him?

    I have once or twice as well as grey - I assumed grey were permanently banned or the like, and I've seen maybe 2 pink, ever.

    I'd love to know why ^-^;
