Gender should seriously not play a role in SEO unless it is directly related to ones Niche *shrug*
How sneaky is that....? Pretending to be a female to get better results. I can see how that would work actually. Kind of illustrates what a patriarchal society we live in. This society was created by men, for men. The web industry is full of men, behind a computer, and I would guess most of them might fancy meeting a sexy web mistress.
