Pinging URL

    I am confused regarding Ping a url / site ..i created profile backlink around 100. So i want to know PING to which url (main website url or direct profile url)?

    You should ping the main url - but if its an RSS feed, then that should be pinged.

    By the using ping profile backlink are index very fast. So we use pinging services.
