Pingbacks and Trackbacks???

    Hi, I have searched google and beyond, but can't seem to find a straight answer....:

    I keep getting a CRAP load of Pingbacks and Trackback comments on my blog, and I keep approving them... All of my blogs are autoblogs...

    Is this a good thing (IE that will increase traffic)??

    or what???

    please help!!! :D

    Why dont you disable trackbacks... I am not a expert but i never found them useful...

    @ bogs --- I have seen this before, but it doesn't tell me if it is USEFUL/BENEFICIAL to my blogs or not...

    Does this help my blogs go traffic, backlinks, what/?? ARe these trackbacks/pingbacks beneficial to my blog, I don't need an answer from Google, yahoo etc... I have read everything, and they DONT make sense, I need someone to help me... Thanks!
