It is possible that your comments.php file in your theme directory is not set to display pingbacks. I would recommend double checking it.

If not sure - backup your file - grab comments.php from Latest WordPress Default theme and place into your theme folder - if pingback is displayed - go to theme developer and ask for fix. If not - sorry, this might require more detailed investigation

Check by going to WP-ADmin>>Settings>>Discussion and check whether the option: Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks.) is unchecked? If unchecked, then check it.

Also check the corresponding post by going to Edit post and check whether Allow Pingbacks is enabled or not.

If both are enabled, then post here comments.php and functions.php contents here of your theme.
