Ping Updating Services? To add more or Not?

    I stumbled across icerocket. Well from there I wondered which sites you guys notify of your blog updates trough pings? Wordpress automatically updates http://rpc.pingomatic.com/ but should I add more?

    If so what are the more popular ones?
