Yes they pay over 4 years. And they dont have CPM or PPC only PPI. They will provide you with free content for your website (all kind of movies, games, applications,...) So something more than other pay per install programs. And if you have higher volume of installs than you get very good rates also.
well they do pay. But doesn't mean they are paying on time i have been with zangocash and pinball for about 2 or 3 years there was a time when their payment were about half a month or a month late and everybody were frustrated and a whole thread was dedicated to zangocash late payment. You can get good rates with them but i think there are a lot of chances that they will stop paying everybody and stop communication once they go bankrupt or something. Like now, I have not receive payment for the month April yet and i was supposed to be paid on last Friday or the latest is this Monday. I contacted my manager on Tuesday but no answer, even until now nobody have posted any news on website or contacted me. In conclusion, i would say they do pay but not on time. I switched to cpalead about 2 days ago just in case pinball will stop paying.
