    Do you get sent a PIN to be inserted into Adsense so the payment is sent to bank?

    You can choose payment by check or by EFT. And in both cases you need to receive PIN to your address, to verify it.

    Yes you will receive a piece of paper from google with your pin on it. Depending on where you live will be how fast it will get to you though.
