pin problems

    I didn't received my pin code they send it to me 3 times, in this time I changed the address and nothing.
    I sent them about 5 email they did not want to responde me?
    what should I do now?

    1. if you choose payment method by Western Union, The PIN code doesn't need.
    2. or u can scan your ID by your country, mobile phone bill...., attachment and send to request verify manual
