I have not received my PIN number for the second time i.e. on re-request. I have heard that they allow three chances and if you still don't get, your account is suspended. Is there also provision of confirmation of address over phone? Second time pin generated on 1.11.2007 but still not reached me(Delhi, India). Please advise.
Your account won't be suspended if you don't get it in third attempt. However, it will stop showing real ads (will only show Public service ads) if you do not enter it in certain period of time. When your third attempt also goes bad, you can email Adsense and they can arrange some other way to verify your address (like they can send you PIN via DHL for some charges, or they can ask you for some scanned documents etc.).
