    from where i can apply or request for a PIN?

    Don't get stressed it will still come. I wish they did it over the phone. I guess it doesn't really matter now, as i've passed that stage... ;)

    login to your adsense account and request a new pin. it should take 3 to 4 weeks to arrived in your address..

    It probably take around 3 weeks time. If more than that, you can request Google Adsense to resend you the PIN.
