Pin Code Request not Complete payment on hold

i have 163$ on my a/c. I have no received my pin code yet adsense require a valid pin code for relised the payment. any body help

 

Has Google put your PIN code in the mail yet? It should say in your account.

If they've sent it, it can take 4 weeks or more to arrive.

If it's been longer than that, read the directions here for requesting a new PIN:

I think it may take a couple of weeks for Google to send your code in the mail.
