What I need: is a template to build additional proxies from. I want a 2.0 feel, with box around the URL form, unique 'browse' button. This needs to be easily customizable either by, Comments or easy to follow layout. Three quick templates should be created: CGI, PHProxy, and one containing both: this will net you a bonus if you can include all three forms. The main focus is this template/script needs allow me personally and easily change parts (buttons, text, ect) to fit future proxies. This must be your work, and not available to the public for free.
