    I'm not sure of the traffic on this site as i never installed a stats program for it. Getting rid of all of my sites and this one if about 5+ years old and used to make some decent money using Clickbank and Adsense but i've let it go due to too many other projects.

    What you get is a pretty good domain name and a 5+ year old domain/site full of articles.

    not sure when it last made income - i think it still does with clickbank.. i'm just too disorganized and lazy to filter out the income from my over 200 websites. that's why i'm selling based on zero income.
