Depends on what part of Milwaukee, many parts have gone down the tubes big time, crime is on the rise, murders, etc.

 

That's sad- just like every major city in the US it seems.

Umm sure, even if it's gone down one year over the past several years the murder rate has been on the rise in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
